About us

Sift works to help organisations create valuable connections with their audiences.

The way we do this is by:

  • spending time understanding the markets on which we focus;
  • engendering an enpowered & engaged staff culture;
  • investing heavily in staff training;
  • walking the talk – as well as advising other companies, we run our own successful digital community titles including AccountingWEB & UK Business Forums; and
  • making Sift one of the best places to work in the South West.

Sift is a healthy mix of dedicated long term staff (17 staff have worked for the company for more than 10 years) as well as plenty of skilled new hires as we’ve grown.  When clients decide to work with us, they quickly discover that we really do care about whether their projects succeed or fail.  When we hire people, we also check they fit the Sift Culture.  We choose who we want to work with.  We don’t just chase the corporate dollar!

We also care about things outside work - hence the Sift Cares initiative.  And we also care about the environment – hence Greener Sift.  If you want to find out more about working at Sift, take a look at our 'Work at Sift'
