Here at Sift we’re a lively, innovative and enthusiastic bunch. A lot of that’s down to the culture of the place, but it’s mostly down to our people.

We’ve been going since 1996 and our Chairman Ben Heald was one of the original founders. You can read more about Ben and our journey over the years in Ben’s blog.
We employ around 100 people, mainly based at our lovely and central Bristol offices on Baldwin Street. We also have a small and growing team based in the US.
Sift employs a wide range of people from Telesales, Account Managers, Web Developers, Project Managers, Editors and Publishers through to roles in Marketing, Finance, IT and HR. We have some pretty ambitious plans over the next three years to grow organically and through acquisition so it really is a great time to join us!
