Design

Good site design will not only make your website memorable and attractive, but will also enable users to fulfil their goals on the site.

Sift's design team will develop innovative designs for your site based on your online community strategy. Once a design is agreed by you, we will create an online style guide for reference by all your content authors. If you prefer, we can work with your existing design team.

Implementation

Once the hard work is done - the planning - your website will be ready to be customised on the Sift Unity platform. A dedicated Project Manager will be on hand to guide you through the complete process, from agreeing the scope to writing test plans to populating your content. All Sift project managers are qualified PRINCE2 and Agile Project Management practitioners. This means we can agree the most appropriate and flexible approach to delivering your specific project.

Integration

Sift Unity uses industry standard methods to integrate with other systems such as your CRM or Membership Management System.

Training

A 2-day training course will be given to your site administrators prior to site go live to help you get comfortable with all the advanced features that Sift Unity offers. For other site contributors, we can configure the product to show only those functions that they need to see, lowering training costs and maximising the uptake of the platform.
