Technical Support

When you engage with Sift, we provide so much more than just technical support. A dedicated Account Manager will talk to you regularly about how your site is performing and update you on new features as they are added to the product.

 

You will also have access to our Help Desk for all your day to day questions and queries. All requests are captured in an online system that our customers can access to check the progress of their requests. We have built up a considerable knowledge base of 'how-to' questions and technical resolutions that can be shared with our customers, ensuring fast resolution of your enquiries.

 

This support and maintenance service is provided to Sift Unity customers with an accompanying Service Level Agreement (SLA) to give you peace of mind that you will receive a consistently responsive and supportive service.
