Community Mentoring and Management
Before you launch your community, you will need to identify a resource dedicated to growing and extracting value from your online community. We refer to this role as a Community Manager.
The Community Manager moderates the activities within the community, identifies high value exchanges, nurtures new members and develops the culture and rituals which define the space. Part of this role may involve joining conversations happening in other networks and communities, thereby supporting brand awareness and word of mouth marketing. The Community Manager connects and aggregates the opinions of the community and triggers appropriate response and change from within your organisation.
Sift can provide short term, hands-on mentoring services for knowledge transfer to your internal resources. Alternatively, we can provide a fully managed resource for any period of time to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible.
Editorial Training
A 1-day course which provides content contributors and editors with good practice techniques for writing for the web, search engine optimisation and accessibility.
Online Sales Fundamentals
This 2 day course will provide you with key techniques to maximising your online revenue, focusing on two critical areas:
- Developing a robust and successful Sales strategy, aligned to the strategic objectives of your organisation
- Training your sales team, to equip them with the confidence and skills to successfully find, approach and present compelling reasons for clients to advertise with you online
