Job Title: Account Manager – PracticeWEB

Reporting to: Account Director

Location: Bristol

With a strong focus on diversification within our PracticeWeb division (www.practiceweb.co.uk), we are recruiting a new position of Account Manager to join our team.

PracticeWEB has over 1000 Accountancy and Financial Advisor clients, many of which need us to provide digital marketing services for them. The account management team are responsible for building valuable relationships and delivering digital marketing campaigns with both our existing and new clients with a view to sustaining exceptional services, quality and sustaining their continued engagement with our subscription based marketing packages.

The Account Management team will work with our clients to deliver appropriate digital marketing solutions, websites and support packages suitable for their businesses. Focusing on delivering high quality products and services that will deliver an impact on our clients businesses.

You will ideally need to have an understanding of professional service firms and in particular accountancy firms; how they work, the environment they operate in and the challenges they face. You will also have good understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, search, social media and CRM. The successful candidate will be commercially astute, a great communicator and relationship builder, and have the ability to use their own initiative in sales opportunities, and prioritise in order to create an exceptional client experience.

Job Title: Client Services Manager – AccountingWEB UK

Job Function: Account Management

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Account Manager to join our AccountingWEB Team (www.accountingweb.co.uk). This is a key role in delivering the campaign results that our clients want. You’ll also be responsible for leading the client delivery team to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently to deliver our client campaigns from concept to completion.

With a digital and data-driven mindset, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering existing client campaigns that achieve their goals, support our client growth objectives and deliver a high quality marketing service. For prospective clients, you’ll work closely with the sales team to clarify client needs and support them with the production of compelling, fit-for-purpose campaign proposals to help convert sales opportunities into bookings.

You will work within the AccountingWEB team, applying marketing skills and industry specific knowledge to enhance campaign creative and deliverables. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, including sales and editorial, and production teams.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have excellent customer service and client facing skills, ideally honed in an agency/digital media environment, but this isn’t essential. You’ll be creative, proactive and have a real appetite for continuously learning and improving. You’ll also have solid communication skills to help you build rapport with clients and liaise with colleagues to resolve or escalate client issues, so your team working skills will also be key.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Producer to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Production, you will work closely with our clients to deliver digital marketing solutions, websites and support packages. The Digital Producer works within a team where exceptional quality, values, process and deliverables are key.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have great user experience and WordPress knowledge as well as excellent project management skills to ensure that projects are confidently delivered on time, on budget and on scope for multiple clients. You’ll also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a passion for digital delivery, be able to think creatively, deliver clever concepts and have an eye for detail. You’ll embrace working in an ever changing and improving environment, actively contributing ideas and challenging the norm.
